BIO

Angela is a theatre artist based in Saskatoon. Since graduating from the BFA Acting program at the University of Saskatchewan in 2011, she has worked consistently on professional stages throughout the province.

A singer and classically trained pianist, Angela has a particular love for plays with music, particularly those that give her the opportunity to pick up a new instrument.

Outside of performing, Angela is also a fledgling playwright and director. She was a member of Persephone Theatre's 16/17 Playwrights' Unit, and her short plays have appeared at the Short Cuts Festival and at Sum Theatre's Last Sunday.

Next up, Angela will be directing Nick Payne's Constellations for Brick & Mortar Theatre, and appearing in the world premiere of Todd Devonshire's new play Monday Night as part of the Live Five independent theatre season.
